It take lot of time to reduce weight without exercise (say 1-2years or more)..1)Eat only when you are hungry.Tht should be eaten in less quantity
2)Eat carbs in source of veggies and fruits 
3)Avoid stress
4)Don't eat snacks all time 
5)Go for morning walk
stay in proper calorie deficit.empty stomach cardio . Perform static and dynamic stretching 15 minutes a day.
